About Al Hijama (Cupping Therapy)
I see in
my childhood my father have this treatment, many years later, I hear about
cupping in faculty which I learn Cupping
on it, I love it very much for it's curative effect, specially for it's
fantastic curative in sports injury .

my work in the sports medicine field give me supportive and
enrich my experience in Cupping Therapy and its relationship with sport injury
,I write about cupping therapy and how to use it to affect in
the case of sports injuries, and many more.

Abstract
We investigated The rehabilitation program of
exercises and its effect on carpal tunnel syndrome without surgery, This
research aims to identify the impact of rehabilitation program (exercises +
cupping massage) for people infected with carpal tunnel syndrome without
surgery in the nerve conduction variables, and dynamic range, the strength of
grip, and the researcher used the experimental method on a sample of men and
women of (10) with an average age of 28 years, and the results of the existence
of statistically significant differences for the benefit of the rehabilitation
program (exercises + cupping massage) in the qualifying telemetric an improvement
in the variables under consideration.
Cupping Therapy Type
We use wet cupping, dry cupping,
massage cupping, water cupping, ice cupping, include conditions of sports
injury, nerve entrapment, as tunnel syndrome, stomach, … etc, number of treatment about 1 to 4 treatment.
Key success
To have a nice work in cupping and
success you must understand the patient nature and the case, next you must
understand the efficacy of treatment point, if you do that you can do perfect
cupping.
You must see every patient as
individual case, so you can choose the best way to do your treatment.
The best and the
difficult case
The best :
There are many case but on of the
best about carpal tunnel syndrome, have 7 year with this syndrome, she have
muscle atrophy in the arm difference 3 cm between other arm , can not touch any
thing, she have many treatment include cupping therapy, but without nay
progress, we use individual way in cupping with her syndrome plus exercises,
after three treatment she can pear his bag, can check hand with others, three
month later she can left a dining table with the other, she completely
deferent.
The difficult:
Some patient came to have treatment
after many year, when the case more worse, you can try to help, but they must
have surgery or other.
Side effect of
cupping therapy
If you do Cupping in the right way
it's ok, but some time you may see dizziness or fainting, not stop bleeding,
skin sensitivity .
You can deal dizziness &
fainting in put the patient in lying down position, bleeding stop in a short
time, just put a bandage, skin sensitivity, you should pay attention to the
extent of the treatment time , as well
as the amount of blood extracted, in order to avoid these side effects.
Future of Cupping
ý At the level of practical
performance, actions will not differ much, but may be different tools.
ý May be entered
multiple diagnostic devices for the post before and during the treatment
session, Such as some devices that show the flow of blood through the blood
vessels of the skin.
ý The use of technical
tools in the accurate identification of treatment areas.
ý Using the properties
of blood extracted in the cupping, in compared to determine the correct
therapeutic ratio materials.
ý Can establish
scientific departments in universities or research centers, specialized in
studying the cupping.
The theory behind Cupping
therapy effect.
You can see the disruption of blood
circulation in four forms, I : increase blood circulation, II : congestion of
blood circulation,
III : Denial of feeding vessels, IV : the different chemical content of blood topically, these are the main causes associated with the majority of health problems, so we do cupping , which leads to the balance resulting from these causes.
